برنامج‎ ‎المياه‎ ‎والإصحاح

يُعتبر البرنامج أحد برامج الإغاثة الإنسانية الأساسية التي تقوم بها دائرة العلاقات المسكونية والتنمية. تتضمن أنشطته تنفيذ مشاريع تهدف إلى تأمين مصادر بديلة للمياه من خلال حفر وإكساء وتجهيز الآبار في كافة المناطق السورية، خاصةً في المناطق المتضرّرة التي تشهد حركات نزوح بسبب الأزمة، إضافةً إلى تزويد محطات ضخ المياه بالمولدات أو تركيب محطات جديدة. 

يشمل البرنامج أيضاً توزيع الخزانات وفلاتر التنقية لتوفير مياهٍ آمنة وصحيّة للأسر المتضررة واللاجئين والعائدين، بالإضافة لتقديم جلسات التوعية الصحية.

برنامج‎ ‎النهوض‎ ‎بالنظافة

يتمحور هدف البرنامج حول تعزيز الوعي الصحي بالعديد من الأمراض المزمنة والطارئة والمُعدية، والصحة الإنجابية وتنظيم الأسرة، إضافةً لتقديم التوعية بمبادئ الإسعافات الأولية، والتعريف بطرق التغذية السليمة والنظافة العامة والخاصة.

كما يهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز عادات النظافة العامة وتصحيح السلوكيات الخاطئة للوقاية من الأمراض، من خلال جلسات التوعية والمبادرات المتضمنة إدارة النظافة خلال الدورة الشهرية مع  إيصال رسائل النظافة المختلفة إلى الأطفال والأمهات والمعلمين والمراهقين في المدارس والمجتمع.
